ZH1500, Mobile Normalizing Equipment, is the latest generation of mobile normalizing equipment developed by our company in collaboration with China Railway Beijing Bureau Group Co., Ltd.. It features a remote-controlled boom and an integrated machine head design, enabling fully automated normalization processes. This significantly enhances on-site operational efficiency, improves heat treatment quality, and drastically educes personnel costs and the workload of operators.
The ZH1500 adopts a remote controlled mechanical arm and an integrated normalizing operation device, which can fully automate the normalizing process, significantly improving on site operation efficiency and heat treatment quality, while dramatically reducing the workload of operators. The ZH1500 has obtained multiple patented technologies and has been successfully applied in various projects such as the Beijing-Zhangjiakou High-Speed Railway and Sichuan-Tibet Railway, earning widespread praise from users.
